Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only. We normally purchase the 48 hours tracked delivery from Royal mail. We also use Evri and other carriers such as DPD, Parecelforce etc.

Standard shipping cost is £5.50 within UK.

Free tracked delivery for orders £55 and over with UK only.

Expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days max, if any concerns please contact us.

Ireland Delivery

Standard delivery cost is £15 to Ireland.

Free tracked delivery for orders £100 and over to Ireland.

 

USA, Canada & Australia Delivery

Standard delivery cost is £45 to the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Free tracked delivery for orders £250 and over to the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Europe Delivery

Standard delivery cost is £45 to Europe (Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, and Norway).

Free tracked delivery for orders £250 and over to Europe.

 

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Emerald Artisans has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If we are unable to dispatch within the required date, we will inform you by email.
